Invoices Invoices will be sent monthly in advance and need to be paid by the 1st of the month via bank transfer, Tax Free Child Care or Standing Order.

Registration Fee There is a non-refundable registration fee of £100.00 for each child at the time of reserving a place within the Nursery.

Opening Hours The nursery opening hours are 7.30am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday with early drop-offs (7.30am) being subject to availability.

Included Items All meals, snacks, nappies, and wipes are included in the full prices above, excluding formula.

Monthly Fees Calculation For children who are with us all year around, monthly fees are calculated by multiplying weekly fees by 50 and dividing by 12 to arrive at the final calculation. Children who are with us Term Time Only, will be paying actuals each month.

Discounts There are some discounts available to those who attend the nursery full-time and to those who have more than one child attending, to try and ease the strain on parents. Discounts are as follows:

• Full-time: 10%
• Sibling discount: 5% (on the oldest child’s invoice)
• Emergency Service discount: 5%

Funded Hours
All 3 and 4-year-old children are entitled to 570 hours of universal funded early education and childcare per academic year (commonly referred to as 15 hours funding). Some children may also be eligible for an additional 570 hours if their parents are in work, giving access to the extended entitlement (30 hours funding).

These funded hours can be taken as a “stretched offer,” where the entitlement is spread across more than 38 weeks and up to 51 weeks, with fewer hours used each week (for example, 51 weeks × 11.17 hours per week or 48 weeks × 11.87 hours per week).

From September 2024, eligible working parents of children aged 9 months to 2 years can access up to 15 hours of funded early education and care per week (over 38 weeks a year). From September 2025, this will increase to up to 30 hours per week for children aged 9 months and older.

Please note that funded hours cover the cost of childcare only. Meals and snacks are charged separately and will be added to your monthly invoice.

Optional Extras  
From April 2025, parents are able to access their child’s funded hours without paying for snacks and consumables. However, government funding does not cover the full cost of providing high-quality childcare, and these small additional charges help us continue to offer the best possible care, learning resources, and experiences for your child.

Most families choose to include our meals and consumables package, which ensures children enjoy healthy, balanced food prepared fresh each day, as well as having nappies, wipes, suncream and other essentials provided for them. This option keeps things simple for parents and ensures children have everything they need throughout the day.

If you choose to opt out, you will need to provide your child with suitable cold food options for every session, as well as their own nappies, wipes, suncream and any other daily essentials. We have a Packed Lunch Policy in place to make sure all children receive the nutrition they need while also keeping everyone safe. Please note that Little Dreamers is a nut-free nursery, and all food brought in must comply with this policy to protect children with allergies.

Tax-Free Childcare You can get up to £500 every 3 months (up to £2,000 a year) for each of your children to help with the costs of childcare. This goes up to £1,000 every 3 months if a child is disabled (up to £4,000 a year). If you get Tax-Free Childcare, you'll set up an online childcare account for your child. For every £8 you pay into this account, the government will pay in £2 to use to pay your provider. You can get Tax-Free Childcare at the same time as 15- or 30-hours free childcare if you're eligible for both.

Late Collection and Absences Little Dreamers Day Nursery follows the policy that if any caregiver or parent is late collecting their child, £15.00 will be charged for the first 10 minutes with £1.00 every minute after, which will be added to your invoice. You will be informed by a member of staff prior to this happening. Holidays and sickness will be charged at your usual day rate so that we can keep your child's position in the nursery during their absence.

Little Dreamers Day Nursery Ltd will review prices and discounts on an annual basis.
