Nursery Manager - Nadine
Our Nursery Manager, Nadine, has over 9 years of experience in childcare. She began her journey in 2015 and quickly developed a passion for the industry. Nadine holds a Level 3 Childcare qualification and continuously updates her skills through ongoing training to ensure Little Dreamers operates at its best.
Nadine is dedicated to providing an exceptional nursery experience and is always willing to go the extra mile. She maintains an 'open door' policy, welcoming all parents to come and chat with her.
Deputy Manager - Megan Naylor
Megan has over 11 years of experience in childcare. Her journey began with babysitting for friends and family, progressing to a Nursery Practitioner, then a Deputy Manager, and finally a private Nanny. Megan loves working with children under 2, helping them reach their milestones, and enjoying all the cuddles. She holds a Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Paediatric First Aid.
Pre-School Team Leader and SENDCO (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Co-ordinator) - Emmie
Emmie has been in childcare for five years, initially working with babies before transitioning to pre-school, where she discovered her interest in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). She holds a Level 3 qualification in childcare and is soon to qualify in SEND Level 2, with plans to advance to Level 3. Emmie enjoys getting messy with the children and is passionate about teaching them to be inclusive and kind to everyone.
Nursery Assistant - Georgia
Georgia first started working in childcare 5 years ago within holiday club settings and wrap around care for 5-12 year olds, with a dream of becoming a teacher. Georgia always held an interest for Early Years and went on to complete a degree in Education Studies where she took every early years module she could alongside volunteering in Reception classes whilst at university.
Nursery Assistant - Beth
Beth has been with us since we opened our doors in March 2024. Alongside her extensive experience working with children, Beth is working towards her Childcare Level 3 qualification starting in July and has recently completed her Paediatrics First Aid course. She has formed wonderful bonds with all the children in Pre-school. Beth is creative and loves the messy room, giving the children opportunities to express themselves through mark making and sensory play.
Baby Room Leader - Sharron
Sharron is a Level 3 qualified Nursery Assistant with extensive experience and expertise in the childcare industry. She has been assisting us since our opening and joined us full-time in September 2024. Sharron currently works as the Baby Room Leader Term Time only will be going Full time in March 2025.
