Nursery Manager - Emmie
Our Nursery Manager, Emmie, has over 6 years of experience in childcare. She began her journey in 2019 and quickly developed a passion for the industry. Emmie holds a Level 3 Childcare qualification and Level 2 SEND qualification and continuously updates her skills through ongoing training to ensure Little Dreamers operates at its best.
Emmie is dedicated to providing an exceptional nursery experience and is always willing to go the extra mile. She enjoys getting messy with the children and is passionate about teaching them to be inclusive and kind to everyone.
Deputy Manager - Sharron
Sharron has over 8 years of experience in childcare. Her journey began with having a large family of her own and finding her love for children. Sharron loves working with children under 2 in our baby rooms, so that she can give them the best start in life and see them thrive and move on to Pre-School. She holds a Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Paediatric First Aid.
Pre-School Team Leader - Jessie
Jessie is a mum of two daughters, she has been doing childcare for 9 years, working in nurseries and been a nanny.
She completed her level 3 childcare qualification whilst living in London and has now been living in Hampshire for 4 years and continuing to do what she loves, working with children and helping them learn, grow and develop. She has recently been made room leader for preschool which is something she has always wanted to achieve.
Jessie loves being a part of the Little Dreamers Dream Team!
Babies Team Leader - Charlie
Charlie is a mum of 4 teenage boys. She has been in childcare for 27 years, starting as a nanny then running her own business as a childminder and is currently completing her Level 3 childcare educator course with us.
Charlie loves working in childcare, watching children grow, develop & seeing their individual characters build is her favourite part.
Nursery Practitioner - Beth
Beth has been with us since we opened our doors in March 2024. Alongside her extensive experience working with children, Beth is working towards her Childcare Level 3 qualification and has recently completed her Paediatrics First Aid course. She has formed wonderful bonds with all the children in Pre-school. Beth is creative and loves the messy room, giving the children opportunities to express themselves through mark making and sensory play.
Nursery Practitioner - Cheryll
Cheryll gained her level 2 childcare in 2013; She has worked in 3 other nurseries gaining lots of experience and different ways of working. She has recently obtained her Level 3 Childcare in January 2024.
Cheryll fell in love with childcare at a young age and has worked hard to get to where she is today. She has two children, and they give her the extra motivation she needs daily. Cheryll only offers the best care for the Children she looks after.
Nursery Practitioner - Portia
Portia joined us in September 2024 after her daughter attended Little Dreamers. Portia's background is with the Police, and she decided that working in the nursery would enable her to have a better work life balance.
Portia has settled iso well in to team and is always coming up with great activity ideas in the baby rooms, she enjoys cuddles and spending quality time with each child.
Nursery Assistant - Vinnie
Vinnie joined us in January 2025 as our lunch cover. It soon came to light that the children absolutely loved him and he has been slowly increasing his hours since joining and is now with us full-time. Vinnie covers both babies and pre-school and always makes the children giggle and ensures they are very much cared for whilst with us at Little Dreamers.
Nursery Assistant - Steph
Steph has been working with children since 2016. She had previously worked in the corporate world until her and her family moved to Qatar.
For me, working with children started in 2016. Then in 2016 whilst in Qatar, the school that Steph's two sons went to, asked her to help in a reception class, and she absolutely loved it!!
On Stephs return to the UK she continued her childcare journey in a nursery in Alton, covering lunches. Sadly, this nursery closed, but then she found Little Dreamers! Continuing to cover staff lunches at Little Dreamers, she also found iherself another nursery family. Steph aims to continue to care and look after all the children by having lots of fun and endless cuddles!
Nursery Apprentice - Erin
Erin joined us in September 2024 as a volunteer and soon moved on to become fully employed as our apprentice. Erin has fit right in to Little Dreamers and loves all the children who are with us. She loves to watch the children grow and very much enjoys creating beautiful tuff trays and activities for the children.
Nursery Practitioner - Jess
Jess joined us in October 2024 as our housekeeper. Jess previously worked in elderly care for 9 years and decided after having her son she wanted a change. After being here at Little Dreamers for just under 6 months, Jess decided that she would love to transition in to the rooms. Jess already knew all of our children and now spends quality time with them and has been setting up some amazing activities.
